Answering firsts questions: Human rights are the rights you have simply because you're human, rules that make humans equal. They were written in 1946 in Geneva by Eleanor Roosevelt in the Declaration of Human Rights. There are thirty human rights.
First of all I want to say that human rights are so important, but not all of them are into the law in spite of they should be THE LAW.
It's important to define what are Human Rights, well, Human rights are the rules that make human equal, they're moral principals. The rights you hav only because you are human. There are thirty human rights and they were created in Geneva in 1946, after the Second World War because a lot of people were killed, many children were without their father, their oncle or even orphans. Then, the ONU (United nations organization) were crearted and they believed that the human rights were essential to have a worthy life.
The human right I didn't know before doing this post was the number twenty. It says exactly this:
Article 20. (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
(2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.
Well.. It shocked me because to different of the others, I didn't know that it exists. I thought that it had been always done. But now I'm thinking on it and it's true that in the past it had been forbidden
We all shuld respect this thirty rights because they're the basis for a righteous life. Even here, in the first world there are rights that are broken by people and the government, I can't imagine how is the situation in the third world. We all should do something to change the situation.
