Are we all young people nomophobic? Have we that extremely dependence on our phones?
I believe that we should worry about this obsession because it could turn into an illness. All different types of obsessions are negative and dangerous-
Firstly, I want to stress how strange it is to go out with friends and see everyone of them looking at their cell phone once or twice in less thant three minutes. It's also bad for their health because the cell phone light is bright so it's the worst for our eyes.
Secondly, it's quite alarming that young adults, teenagers and people in general are losing their face-to-face communication with the society. They may know how tp use their cell phones applications nut in the current time they are turning on more and more selfish, weird and unfriendly people.
However, I know how fun it is to speak with your best friend or your boyfriend while there are two hundred quilometers between both of you. In spite of this, I think your time would be greater if you tried to go to visit him.
To conclude, it'll be good to leave your cell apart when we are with friends or family and speak with them face-to-face while you are there. You may sleep better if you put your phone away from your bedroom and try to put your interest in real life. Real life is better than cyber life, but we have a lot of time, we can enjoy both!
