Personal opinion:
I can understand why paramount pictures wanted to report the twitter account, because they has to win their money with they films, so they want to keep them secret to get more hearing and in consequence, win more money, but I think that it's excessive report an account because it has uploaded some photos about the film, maybe was a fan or someone so obsessed with the film, I don't think that it has to be a crime.
