European commission has warned Spain and Italy that their draft budget for 2014 may not comply the rules. It's the first time that the Commission does it.
French and Dutch plans passed the muster, bus Spain an Italy their tax and spending plans need a revise before sent them to the national parliaments.
Italy asked for leniency over its plans, the Commission refused it because their debt is still rising.

Nowadays is hard to do something right in EU economy. It's sinking faster than what we can imagine. Many people have o put their best effort to get at the end of the month. Families with lots of debts and be unemployed. Everything is difficult when you can't get money to pay your meal.
But how people can overcome the crisis if taxes still rising? There are no way to rise our economy. We all have to save our money, and try to do our work better or start a new business, what we want if we can. The most important thing is WANT to do it, to change our luck.
