Summary:

Papa Francis today submitted his own "Apostolic exhortation" where he speaks about do big changes in the system of the Papacy.  He explained his goals and said that the power of the Vatican has to be devolved away. He justifies his reasons saying that if the system remains as the last few years, everything can bound.
For last months during his bunch has struck a new point of view, totally different of the last one.
He's trying to rekindle people souls.  He's doing so good his missionary outreach so he's changing everything.

Opinion:

First of all I need to say ¡WOOW! What a change! Is so great that in the end we have someone who has the same ideas like the bast majority of the society!  Surprisingly he lives in our century!
Now speaking seriously, I think that he could change lots of things and rules, everyone need a big change, we need to rekindle our desire of keep walking, so many times we have our head in the sand, until we can't breathe.
Coming back to the point, I totally support his ideas, get ready..big changes are coming!:)
