Myself evaluation:
Presentation: I used a prize presentation with some photos and a few key words to remember what I had to say.
Body language and eye contact: In my case I read a little because I was so nervious and I have to improve my eye contact.
Structure: I organized my ideas in order, like I thought that was better. I follow the instructions of the teacher.
Content: I introduced new information in my presentation. I spoke about the topics of: sport, diets and problems of adolescents and I spoke about my experience. I gave an example from myself. I think that it was quite good.
Language: I think that my grammar was correct because I used a lot of verbs tenses, and a few new words.
Pronunciation: I think my pronunciacion was acceptable but I've to improve it if I want to pass my FCE!
If I were my teacher, my mark would be...: 7'5!
In my opinion, this task is the most important because we work our oral expression, our pronunciation, our eye contact, our character and obviusly, our memory and improvisation!
I practised my presentation in my house a lot of times, but in the class.. I was so nervious. I've to improve it, because I know I can do it better.
TRANSCRIPTION:
I'm going to speak about sport, diets, keeping fit and some of the problems that adolescents have.I'd like to talk about my own experience because this year I go to the gym regularly four days a week for one hour.
I like spinning, steps, abdominals and cardio exercise. When I do a lot of sport I feel fit. How many of you go to the gym? How you feel after do it?
Sometimes it's difficult to eat well. I've tried diets but you think you will never do it. Well, this year, I'm doing it and I feel better.
First of all, let's talk about sport.
Sport is good for the body and for the mind because it's important to keep fit.
If you don't do anything you feel more tired. When you do sport or play sports you can think about everything that happened during the day and your mind can relax.
Time passes really fast and after doing sport, you feel really well and energethic. You feel better that you have done something hard.
If you do a lot of sport, you feel good, a lot of people see it. It shows!
Secondly, I'd like to talk about food and diets.
I think that some foods are good for your health: vegetables, chicken, fish, fruit or pasta for example.
It's a problem for adolescents because they often want to eat chocolate, sweets or sugar, but they don't want to get fat!
After eat a lot of bad food, some of them try to go on a diet but they can follow it. They feel bad and dissapointed. They lose motivation and don't lose weight!
Last of all...
If you try to do something well, when you eat a little of everything but not too much, you can do a little of sport.
The problems start when you don't eat enough and you do too much sport; you don't have energy to follow a good rhythm.
In my opinion, my advice is to talk about what you think, don't be frightened, eat well and try to do some regular exercise.
If I can do it, you can do it, NEVER GIVE UP!
