WHAT LASTS
Once upon a time, far, far away... there was a place called New York, and a girl called Caroline. She was a really strange and weirs teenager, and maybe that was the reason she did strange and weird things; or maybe she did strange and weird things and this was what made her strange and weird. Anyway, Caroline was very special.
Caroline was walking for the first time in Central Park. There was still something magical but there was too much technology and pollution and stressed people. It wasn't the place she had imagined. But even if she didn't like Central Park at all, Caroline started going there every day.
Months later, a very cold day of December, one of those she liked so much because everything was white, she noticed something: everytime she was sitting in a specific park bench -an old one and full of writings- she felt better, stronger and full of love.
Then, Caroline thought "This cannot be possible. I'm too romantic and fanciful; and she kept listening to music.
When the song ended, a beautiful man's voice continued singing the same song with different lyrics. It was the voice of the bench.
Caroline stayed hypnotized listening the story explained by the melody of her favourite song.
It was the story of a couple of lovers who had gone there to say to each other words of love along their lives. They had met there when ten years old and had been kept going there until they got older.
Caroline tried to recorded the story but when she got home the phone wasn't working.
The phone was broken, but the love that the couple of lovers had left in the beach was forever and for everyone.
